PERSONAL TRAINING
The trainers at ABS use state-of-the-art training techniques to help you both reach and maintain the goals you'll set for yourself. The trainers will establish your fitness 'baseline' and build your routines from there. Areas of focus include weights, cardio, flexibility and balance.
CORPORATE FITNESS

ABS offers 'Lunch and Learn' programs that focus on teaching our working professionals how to balance their time and incorporate healthier choices in their lives. We offer our ACTIVE BODY SYSTEMS in a corporate packages which includes the ability for your workers to create their preferred workout experience
GROUP TRAINING
Our group training instructors run classes of 6 to 30 people and use every form of exercise option in their arsenal to keep your heartrate elevated and your muscles responsive. From HIIT and functional training to Strength and Cardio, you will be pushed and motivated to leave it all on the floor.
Pole Fitness Training
Dedicated to those of you who want to workout in a less traditional way. Pole fitness is on the rise as a fitness option to be reckoned with. It requires core strength, balance and flexibility that can only be built by actively using the pole as your fitness tool of choice. A smart, sexy, fun way to reshape your body!
